How much does mechanical part processing cost?
Cost depends on number and complexity of operations, material, accuracy requirements and batch size. Simple parts with one or two operations – from 200 UAH. Complex products we calculate individually after drawing analysis.
What operations do you perform?
Lathe work (shafts, bushings, axles, flanges), milling (planes, slots, keyways), drilling and boring holes, broaching, thread cutting (external and internal), and heat treatment – hardening and tempering in our own furnace.
What is the maximum part size you process?
Up to 2000 mm in length. Specific limitations depend on operation type and machine. Send drawings – we will confirm ability to process your part.
Can I order processing without drawings - by sample?
Yes. Bring a sample – we will take measurements, if needed prepare a sketch for approval and manufacture the part. This is convenient for replacing worn or broken spare parts.
Do you perform heat treatment on parts?
Yes, we have our own furnace for hardening and tempering. This allows increasing part hardness and wear resistance without sending to third-party contractors, reducing timelines and cost.
What are production timelines?
Simple parts with 1-2 operations – from 2-3 business days. Complex products requiring multiple processing types and heat treatment – from 1 to 3 weeks. Batch orders – timelines agreed based on volume.
