Frequently asked questions
How much does powder coating cost?
Cost depends on surface area, metal condition (need for sandblasting or degreasing), paint type and product shape complexity. We calculate per square meter or per product. Send photos with dimensions – we will quote exact price.
Why is powder coating better than regular paint?
Powder coating is much more resistant to mechanical damage, corrosion and UV radiation. It doesn’t crack, peel and retains color for years. Coating is ecological – without solvents and toxic fumes. Layer thickness is uniform across entire surface.
What colors are available?
We work with complete RAL palette – over 200 standard shades. Available textures: gloss, matte, textured, antique, metallic. If you need non-standard color – we will order paint specifically for your project.
Can you coat a finished product not made by you?
Yes, we accept coating of third-party products. Bring finished parts or structures – we will prepare surface and apply coating. Only requirement – product must be metal (steel, aluminum).
What is the maximum size product you can coat?
Polymerization chamber size allows coating both small details and large structures. Specific limitations depend on product dimensions – contact us to clarify possibility of placing your product.
What are completion timelines?
Small batches – from 1–3 business days. Large volumes or products requiring complex surface prep – from 3 to 7 business days. If order includes product manufacturing – timelines agreed comprehensively.
