How much does part manufacturing cost?
Cost depends on part complexity, metal type, number of processing operations and batch size. Simple parts – from 200 UAH, complex products we calculate individually after drawing analysis. Send documentation – we will quote price.
Can you manufacture a part from a sample, without drawings?
Yes. If there are no drawings, we can take measurements from provided sample and manufacture the part accordingly. If needed – we will prepare a sketch for approval before launching production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum batch – we manufacture even a single part. We work with both individual orders and batch production. With larger batches, unit cost decreases.
What are production timelines?
Depends on complexity and order volume. Simple parts – from 2-3 business days. Complex products or large batches – from 1 to 3 weeks. Exact timelines agreed after drawing analysis.
Are there discounts for large or repeat orders?
Yes, for batch orders and regular customers we offer special terms. Discount amount discussed individually depending on frequency and order volume.
How can I pay for the order?
Simple work – payment upon completion. For large orders 50% prepayment possible. We work with both cash and non-cash payments with VAT.
