Sheet Metal Rolling

We perform sheet metal rolling up to 70 mm thick on industrial rollers. Shells, cylinders, cones and curved elements of any diameter; individual products and batch production

Why trust us

We perform sheet metal rolling at our own facility with over 70 years of experience
We work with thickness up to 70 mm and manufacture shells, conical and curved elements of any complexity
Full cycle – from cutting to welding – in one place, without subcontractors

Thickness up to 70 mm

We work on industrial rollers with thick-sheet metal that is inaccessible to most subcontractors

Radius precision

We control bend radius throughout, ensure uniform curvature without wrinkles or deformation.

Full production cycle

Cutting, rolling, fitting and longitudinal seam welding – at one facility, without subcontractor transfers.

Any shape. Any diameter

We roll sheet metal into cylindrical, conical and complex curved shapes according to your drawings
We work with both small details and large-scale elements

    Frequently asked questions

How much does sheet metal rolling cost?

The cost depends on sheet thickness, shell diameter, metal grade and quantity of products. For thick-sheet steel the price is higher due to more passes and force required. Send drawings – we will notify you of the exact cost.

What is the maximum metal thickness you roll?

Up to 70 mm – this is one of our key advantages, since most subcontractors are limited to 20-30 mm thickness. The minimum achievable diameter depends on sheet thickness – we clarify for each specific order.

Can we order a shell with longitudinal seam welding?

Yes. We perform the full cycle: blank cutting, rolling and longitudinal seam welding at one facility. If needed – seam cleaning and joint quality control.

What is the minimum shell diameter you can make?

The minimum diameter depends on sheet thickness and metal grade. For thin-sheet steel – from several hundred millimeters. For thick rolled material the minimum diameter is larger. We will provide exact parameters after analyzing your task.

Can we combine rolling with other operations?

Yes, this is our advantage. At one facility we perform cutting, rolling, bending, welding and machining. One contractor = less logistics, shorter cycle, lower total cost.

    What are the production timelines?

Simple shells – from 3-5 business days. Thick-walled products or large batches – from 1 to 3 weeks. If the order includes cutting and welding – we agree on timelines comprehensively.
