Up to 14 mm – depending on metal grade and required bend radius. For soft steels the thickness limit is higher, for stainless steel and aluminum it may be lower. We clarify individually for each order.

Yes, this is one of our key advantages. We perform cutting (laser or plasma) and bending at one facility. This reduces timelines, lowers cost and ensures parts match exactly.

No, if we properly select radius and force. We consider metal grade, thickness and rolling direction. If needed – we make a trial sample before launching batch production.

There is no minimum – we bend even a single part. For batch orders, cost per unit decreases because we set up equipment once for the entire batch.

Simple bending – from 1-2 business days. Complex profiles with multiple bends or large batches – from 3 to 7 business days. If order includes cutting – we agree on timelines comprehensively.
